It's been a month of 1 hour work-out every-other-day. Sometimes skipping it, so i usually i just make 2 work-out in a week. Yes, i know i should be consistent about it, but there were times i'm way too tired from work and when i go home, all i wanna do is take a quick shower and sleep.
Ok, i'm thin, skinny, skin and bones, name it! But please don't say i can't workout coz i dont have any fat to burn in my body. What about the cardio exercise and other workouts that can keep my body fit and healthy?
Everyone knows i love to dance and i swear i miss my hiphop dance class. Anyways, a couple of weeks ago i started this Hip Hop Abs workout cd and i'm having fun! wooohooo! I want to sculp my abs, give it a lil shape and all. Hopefully in the next couple of months i'll see a good result. Since i started this workout every other day, i felt great. I don't easily get tired as before. I feel at ease at lively than ever.
I have been seeing a lot of visits from this page. People are checking out hip hop abs result. I used to do Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs video routine and glad to have a good result. But, i have a new routine now and this is what i do to maintain my abs. Please take note that I am not doing this on a daily basis. But for those who want to lose weight, you might want to do this everyday for 30 days. Of course, don't forget to stick to proper diet!
